PARKING OPTIONS

Glass-enclosed skywalks connect Garage I and Garage II to the lobbies of Wells Fargo Tower and D.R. Horton Tower, providing convenient and safe parking for tenants and guests. Parking facilities include 2,800 self-parking spaces in the two garages and lighted surface lots that offer 1,000 additional spaces. The parking garages provide both monthly parking and short-term visitor parking. In addition, monthly parking is available on surface lots within short walking distance of the towers. |
SECURITY
|
Professionally trained on-site security officers, employed by the Bass family, patrol the buildings and parking facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Security will respond to all building emergencies, including the need for medical assistance. Parking facilities are fully equipped with Automated External Defibrillator equipment and CPR-trained personnel. Plus, safety classes taught by trained instructors are provided to tenants on a regular basis. In addition: - Information desks in the lobby of each building are manned by Security during business hours.
- Security maintains its own on-site training facility and training instructors.
- Security officers provide many security-related services for tenants including quick response to medical emergencies, CPR training, fire-drill instruction classes, special investigations regarding theft and mischievous damage and additional personnel for high level alert warnings.
- The towers are equipped with state-of-the-art access control systems and video surveillance.
