Cabo Grande Signs Ten Year Lease Extension with Sundance Square

Coastal themed Tex Mex restaurant Cabo Grande is celebrating its 10th anniversary in Sundance Square by extending its lease for an additional ten years. Since 1997, this beautiful restaurant has been serving an interesting blend of traditional Tex Mex and seafood specialties.

“It has been exciting for us to grow and share our success in Fort Worth as part of Sundance Square,” said Cabo Grande owner Robert Korman. “We have experienced significant growth by serving quality food and providing fast, friendly service. The safe and secure family-friendly atmosphere of this unique entertainment district has also contributed to our growth.”

In addition to traditional Tex Mex favorites such as fajitas and enchiladas, Cabo Grande offers coastal fare including ceviche, habañero shrimp, and tempura fish tacos. Lunch specials starting at $6.95 are varied and new items are added periodically.

“Cabo Grande has been a great partner for Sundance Square,” stated Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. “We congratulate Robert Korman, General Manager Stephen Michie and his team on their 10-year anniversary and look forward to another successful decade.

Conveniently situated across from the Worthington Hotel and the AMC Sundance 11 at 115 West 2nd Street and Main, Cabo Grande offers a festive, fun coastal atmosphere. A big screen plasma TV in its El Rincon bar, as well as 18 additional TVs throughout the restaurant, make Cabo Grande an excellent place to watch your favorite sporting event.

Three dining rooms, one with a cozy fireplace, provide seating for up to 175 guests.

An outdoor patio in the Sundance Square Courtyard offers a great vantage point to sip a specialty margarita or Sangria Swirl, relax and enjoy people watching. Cabo Grande is also a Wi-Fi hotspot. More information is available at www.cabogrande.com or call 817/348-TACO (8226).

Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, historic Sundance Square is a 20-block commercial, residential, entertainment and retail district where people work, live, shop and dine. Sundance Square’s beautiful landscaping, red-brick streets and turn-of-the-century buildings make it a pedestrian’s delight. Named after the famed Sundance Kid, who used the Fort Worth area as a hideout, Sundance Square has been hailed as a monumental achievement in urban redevelopment.
