NATIONAL MEN’S RETAILER SIGNS LEASE
WITH SUNDANCE SQUARE

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers to occupy former Pier 1 Imports retail space

FORT WORTH , Texas , Sept. 13, 2005 – Sundance Square Management confirmed today that a lease has been executed with national men’s retailer, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers. The store will be located in the former Pier 1 Imports retail space on the corner of Fourth and Houston Streets ( 501 Houston St.) in historic Sundance Square. It will occupy 4,500 square feet. JoS. A Bank’s plans to open in November in time for the holiday shopping season.

“Adding a recognized retailer of this caliber and reputation opens a new chapter in Sundance Square retailing,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square Management Co., L.P. “We’ve been very focused on adding soft goods retail and this will continue to heighten the awareness of Sundance Square as a shopping destination. JoS. A Bank’s will serve our office and residential customer base equally well.”

This will be the first nationally recognized men’s apparel retailer in Sundance Square in decades. JoS. A. Bank Clothier’s is known for its quality, workmanship and an extensive collection of classically styled, tailored and casual clothing. JoS. A. Banks operates more than 280 stores nationwide and presently has one other store in Fort Worth proper.

“Currently, we’re working through the necessary city approvals including a presentation to the Downtown Sign Review Board, which will be presented this Thursday,” said Campbell. JoS. A Bank’s construction and design teams are planning new outdoor awnings and blade signs for pedestrian awareness.
