And, if you like to entertain guests, Sundance Square offers free parking after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends. Even daytime visitors can have their parking validated for up to 2 ½ hours for dining or shopping and 4 hours for a movie.
In close proximity to the Square, you will discover the Fort Worth Public Library located at 500 West 3rd Street, and the Tarrant County Courthouse, one of the architectural masterpieces of Fort Worth, at 100 W. Weatherford Street. Located nearby is the Intermodal Transportation Center, a regional hub for ground transportation where you can catch the Trinity Railway Express to Dallas or the Amtrak to a destination of choice. If you travel for business or pleasure, the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located only 18 miles from the downtown area.
Located at the southern end of Main Street, is the newly renovated Fort Worth Convention Center. The expanded center serves tens of thousands of out-of-town visitors each year as well as hosting important local events.
